Clinical Team
Doctors
We employ highly skilled Emergency and Intensive Care specialists, each with a minimum of five years’ clinical experience in their respective fields alongside active engagement in clinical skills and ongoing education. Through our extensive medical network, we also have the ability to call upon Specialists in other fields when necessary.
Minimum Requirements:
- Extensive experience in Emergency Medicine, Intensive Care,
and/or Paediatrics cases and patients
- Certified in Advanced Life Support (ALS)
- Certified in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Demonstrated competence in advanced clinical procedures
- Ongoing participation in professional development and education
Nurses
We employ specialist Critical Care/Aeromedical retrieval nurses with vast experience in door-to-door retrievals and critical care. Each nurse is trained to deliver advanced care in high-pressure environments, ensuring patient stability and safety during all phases of transport — from hospital bed to aircraft, and from aircraft to receiving facility. All of our nurses possess relevant postgraduate qualifications.
Minimum Requirements:
- Substantial postgraduate experience in Critical Care
settings (ICU, HDU, ED)
- Certified in Advanced Life Support (ALS)
- Certified in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Proficiency in advanced clinical procedures
- Active engagement in ongoing professional education
