FITNESS TO FLY
Before every medical evacuation or repatriation, our clinical team conducts a thorough review of the patient’s medical condition and documentation to reconfirm their fitness to fly via air ambulance. This critical step ensures that our onboard medical crew is fully informed and equipped to deliver the appropriate level of care.
By combining careful assessment with clinical foresight, we make the necessary preparations to manage any anticipated risks—ensuring the patient’s safety, stability, and comfort throughout the journey.
CLINICAL READINESS STARTS AT BEDSIDE
Before every transfer, our medical escorts are briefed with the latest updates on the patient’s condition. Upon arrival at the hospital, our team conducts a final clinical handover with the treating doctors to assess any changes in the treatment plan. Pre-emptive medical procedures are performed where necessary, ensuring the patient is safe and stable for transport.
SAFETY AND COMFORT ON THE MOVE
The patient is transferred by ambulance to the airport, accompanied by our dedicated medical team. Throughout the journey, family members receive timely status updates. Our ground staff are equipped with local knowledge to avoid logistical delays, and can facilitate special arrangements.
SEAMLESS TRANSITION TO THE SKY
At the airport, our team ensures a smooth transition during immigration checkpoints, to handover from ground ambulance to the waiting aircraft. Every logistical and medical detail is meticulously managed to prevent delays and guarantee a safe, dignified transition to the next phase of care.
ICU-LEVEL CARE AT 40,000 FEET
Onboard our specially equipped air ambulance aircraft, patients receive continuous monitoring and advanced medical care from our experienced escorts. Whether it’s basic monitoring or advanced life support, our medical team works tirelessly to prevent any deterioration and keep the patient stable throughout the flight.
SAFE TRANSFER TO DESTINATION/ FACILITY
Upon landing at the nearest airport to the receiving hospital, the patient is transferred via ambulance and accompanied directly to the facility with continued care and monitoring. Our team ensures all medical documentation, clinical details and medications are handed over to the receiving physicians or healthcare staff.
